“After setting up my IPhone 8 it became apparent there was an issue with connecting to WIFI. After multiple trouble shooting it was evident it was a problem with the hardware in the phone. mobile.co.uk we’re useless with trying to resolve the issue and I am currently going through Apple to sort. I would avoid mobile.co.uk at all costs. The prices are good but customer service is worse than poor!!!”
“I’m having quite a few network issues with this phone. Emails show they are loading but nothing appears and performance is slow at times. Kinda wish I’d kept my trusty old iphone 7. I’d like to add the issues are the phone not the network provider :(”
