“I found ordering and receiving my new phone/contract upgrade very fast and easy. The phone and sim arrived the next day as promised and I was very pleased with the deal. If everything had been straightforward since, I'm sure I would have given a higher rating.
However, things haven't gone smoothly and I've not been impressed with the after-sales customer service. My network provider have received no information about my new contract/tariff from mobiles.co.uk. I have since spent more than two hours on the phone trying to sort it out. Both parties blame the other. However, the purchase was through mobiles.co.uk so I would really like them to resolve the issue. Every time I have rung, I've felt a bit fobbed off (the first time they told me to call back in 1 hour. Then call back again in 48 hours. And then again in another 24 hours...). I'm currently feeling a bit fed up at having to make repeated phonecalls to resolve an issue that isn't even my fault...Sorry!”
