“Absolutely nothing wrong with phone, so far. Also, ease of purchase and delivery , all perfect. But boy o boy are T Mobile a pile of c**p. I didn't realise I would be locked into them for 24 months with no way to escape. They have no free gone no if you need to ring them from abroad. They wanted 250 pounds up front from me to allow me to use my phone while abroad, despite fact that I only wanted to use it for calls and txts, not Internet. Calls to this full cost number inevitably take ages and ages. Staff promise to call back and ðeal with problem but never do. Then, to add insult to injury, in an effort to avoid tying up 250 pounds unnecessarily, I asked to have my phone unlocked so that I could buy a local sim for use while abroad. Guess what, they won't allow this until I'm 6 months into the contract !! So, to summarise, phone supplier perfect, network provider under contract, appalling !!”
