“I ordered the iPhone 5s in gold and was sent out the phone in grey . First man at customer services said he had no idea why this has happened and that someone would ring me back on the following Monday . Never recieved a call back . Rang customer services again and the next man admitted that someone had sent a grey one hoping I would keep that instead as they didn't have any gold ones in stock . He told me that it would take 2 days to let me know when the gold was back in stock and that he would call me back when they were in stock . By this time I'd decided I wanted to return the phone as my 14 day returns was running out . They arranged for DPD to collect the phone . I heard nothing after that until I realised vodaphone has taken the first months payment of my contract I had set up through mobiles.co.uk . Phoned mobiles.co.uk they said it was vodaphones fault it had not been cancelled . Then I had to start the long progress of getting my money through vodaphone !
My first monthly payment was £5 more than the monthly cost I was expecting .
I would avoid this company . I was given excuses and talked down to on the phone and in the end I took my business elsewhere .”

I really like it and although I don't live my life through my phone I'm already using it more than I used my old phone. I'm 100 % happy with my choice.”
“Renewed two contracts over the phone. One Ok the other given wrong Tarif. Four 25 minutes calls later at £9 per call, a load of promises and absolutely nothing done about it. Promised the sim would be cancelled and a new correct one sent out, told it had been processed, told it was on it's way. No email confirmations nothing. Really really crap service from a load of people that really only seem interested in flogging contracts.”
