“good service, the only drawback is a strange e-mail that I got after ordering the phone telling me that the network refused my application for phone and inviting me to look at my credit score, as this was an upgrade, there is no need for credit check , i contacted mobiles, and they were as surprised as I was , I think that was a scam but mobiles need to sort that out as they use their e-mail and it looked genuine. Apart from that everything was OK, phone arrived in time (after ringing twice as my first colour choice was out of stock, but again mobiles did not inform me till I rang back, please sort these out for a perfect service.”
