“I decided to upgrade to another Iphone, as I've enjoyed my Iphone 3 (yes 3) for 2 years. The IPhone 5s is a bit longer, but has all the same functions as the 3 plus new functions such as Siri and finger recognition, which is an added bonus to hopefully deter thieves. Best of all all my contacts have moved over to my new phone and I've managed to keep my old mobile number. However, I've somehow landed up with 2 contracts with o2. Despite querying if I had to cancel my contract with Carphone Warehouses' Customer Service Dept, who said the network provider would automatically know I'm on the same network and would cancel the old contract and replace it with the new one (rubbish) they also said I couldn't cancel it, it had to be dealt with apparently by o2. This has caused me a bit up of annoyance, but was dealt with quickly luckily. WOULD RECOMMEND PHONE.”
“Just received a brand new sealed iPhone 5s. It was bent along one side and there was a faint 1cm scratch in the centre of the screen and three other tiny scratches in both top corners of the screen. Couldn't believe a product can come out of the Apple factory like this. Worst quality control from Apple I've ever come across.”
