The 29th !! Then they told me it had been delivered which was a total lie . On top of that o2 tried to bill me for June then cut me off !! Poor service and customer relations , steer Clear !”
“I am really dissatisfied with this handset. The first handset I was sent had awful wi-fi connection. I phone the premium rate helpline & was told to take the phone to my local car phone warehouse 10miles away. They exchanged the handset for another iPhone 5s, which has the same wi-if connectivity issues. I took it to another Carphone Warehouse store & was told I was making up the problem. Not impressed.”
“It annoys me that I get bills for a phone I never purchased and that I cancelled the contract, but I get a bill from them, and it might mess up my credit file, because they have got things wrong.
I cancelled because I got a better deal with my own provider,,, they should have this logged onto their system.
I may end up contacting financial o and make a complaint”
