“This phone has not worked properly since we got it. We cannot make calls or send texts. I assumed it had been provided with the wrong SIM. I contacted O2 to get a replacement, which we got, but this hasn't made any difference. All in all, very disappointing, I'm paying the contract but not getting full value for it”
“Nice little phone. A lot lighter than my previous iphone 4. Also a good bit narrower therefore the space for the keyboard is rather tight and takes some getting used to. The fingerprint ID facility is useful although it is a bit of a palaver reactivating it through settings if you don't use it all the time.”

“Phone is good but not happy about the false advertising. When I ordered my phone it said I would get some cash back, but when I received my phone and I went in the site to see about how I would claim my £90 cash back it said I wasn't entitled to it. Why say get this phone and get £90 cash back but when purchased you are suddenly not entitled to it!! Feel mugged off!!”

“Great phone and a great deal with mobiles.co.uk. The phone arrived quickly by courier and was easy to set up. I transferred the number and data from my old phone (photos, apps etc) which was an iPhone 4s. Really liking my new 5s - the fingerprint recognition is great and it has twice the memory of my old phone. Also very impressed with the sound quality of the headphones included. I was so impressed with this deal that I ordered another iPhone 5s for my 80-year-old mum who really loves it!”
