“Phone is fine but receiving an email to advise me that my personal details may have been stolen by a cyber attack afterwards is very poor especially as I now have to pay to have credit checks to ensure I'm safe with no form of goodwill offered by this company or carphone warehouse!”

Then you wrote to me telling me my details had been hacked on your computer system so now I have to contact my bank, get a new bank account number. Your service? total rubbish. Youve got my money, ive no working phone, youve enabled my personal details to be stolen. Do you care? Not one bit. Ive had no apology, no help - and till I get this sorted out have a broken phone.

I have been on holiday since it broke so only today able to go to a shop. So no phone for 3 + weeks.
Is that enough?
Customer service doesnt get much worse.
Please dont send me a pointless apology letter. Waste of my time to read it. Wll never use you again.
