“I didn't get my phone from you - the order was cancelled because your salesman said my phone could be delivered to the Carphone Warehouse store in Scarborough where I was going to be but on my way up there, I received a text from DPD to say that delivery to my home address failed. Your salesman repeated the arrangements to me so how could this possibly go wrong. Mobiles, I would not recommend you in a million years.”

the only issue i have is that it didn't arrive with the special key to open the sim tray.
i have asked around and nobody has one.
im still searching for a key! as without it you cannot open the tray and use the phone.”
