“Imessage won't work and didn't receive a SIM card pin or any get started books. Came in a plain white cardboard box with just phone, charger, headphones and sim card.... was hoping for a actual apple box with the get started books as it was my first ever iPhone.”

“The phone I got is a good phone however I went 14 days with being able to use the device it was sent back and had to wait for another to arrive this took some time I've been charged for the phone even tho I never had one to use was told by customer services I would be refunded for this via cheque Infact I'm still waiting for the cheque to arrive and have been charged twice already this month AUGUST 2016 for the device what's only been used for two weeks very poor service improve the service guys”
