“Handset faulty and does not work. I was assured there was nothing wrong with refurbished. I only opted for this because you advised after I had had my order confirmed that you had no 5c 16GB in stock. I cannot comment on the 5s other than that I am having to get it replaced without even being able to charge it up or switch it on because it didn't work. Furthermore I will be without a phone which is annoying especially as I placed my order on 30 th Sept. Customer advisers have been helpful, when you eventually get through and have offered refund on the 'line rental'.”
