“Easy to use and like the phone but after a month vertical lines appeared on the phone. About a week later the phone was switching from screen to screen on its own, phoning people out of my contacts and became impossible to use. Mobiles.co.uk would not do anything as it was out of their 30 day limit. I still haven't sorted it as I have to find a Samsung shop that will sort it out but with work I haven't been able to so have put my sim in an old iphone”
