“Thank you. I have not opened the box for this phone. The internet connection I was on gave me the impression that I was dealing only with EE. In face you are a third party and have not got me my previous EE number either, that I gave to you. I had an injury two weeks ago and now I have been inconvenienced by not having a phone when I expected to be using it. I find this so disappointing and it is very unclear how I send this back well within the 14 days legal time. It is going to greatly challenge me to get to a premises that will deliver this back to you. I am left concerned about this and I am also alarmed that the monthly cost is higher than what I expected to pay. I have no idea of the quality of this phone and had to pick one for your 'required' rating as I would not recommend something that I could not comment on.”
