“Absolutely shocking the customer service is terrible my sim never worked when I tried contacting them to help they was useless I cancelled my contract with them and I was unable to call people or for people to call me for days when I canceled they have tried to charge me a fee of £180 to end the contract even though it never worked or got set up for me said there was a 14 day cancellation period too absolutely shocking do not use!!”
