“Didn't use as they sent me a esim and I needed a actual sim for a router then went through needless hoops to get a physical sim in the end gave up and used my 14 day cooling off”
“When ordering it wasn't made clear that the sim would be an e-sim, during ordering there was a line that said e-sim available, which I took to mean I could have an e-sim if I wanted, not that e-sim was what I would be "receiving".”
“MOBILES.CO.UK. My short experience of these was excellent. They did everything it said on the tin. Their drawback was ID Mobile. It took 2 visits to Currys, 60 miles + in travelling. 2 of Currys staff to try and sort the problem. By the way they were brilliant. I wasted at least 5 hours trying to get the SIM card connected without any success. This is because they have a system that is unwaverable. This said and done in their infinite wisdom they sent me a bill. They are almost impossible to talk to person to person. They rely on their "Bot" to avoid any form of contact. As far as ID is concerned I would advise to keep clear. They treat you like something they trod in. I cannot rate their actual equipment, my reasons for 3 stars.”
“Chaotic! Sim never arrived through the post. Online AI chat couldnt sort it. Had to drive to Currys store. Still not solved but told the sim they gave me in store would be liv later in the day. It wasn't! Then got badly scammed after taking what i thought eas a customer service number off the web. Not your fault but a nightmare unfolded. Eventually got it sorted on line but not a good experience.”
