“Pretty bad start, I order the ID SIM on a Saturday and gave them my PAC code, I asked for it to be all switch over on the following Friday to allow enough time for the SIM to arrive. Come Monday ID mobile had asked my existing network to immediately turn me off and swap my number to the new SIM which I didn't have. The SIM card arrived at 5pm on the Friday, WTF.
The signal is also very poor in my area (TS21) ...... actually non existent.”
