“Ordered a physical sim which I was told it could take three to five working days to arrive.
The next day I received an email from iD mobile saying I would be switched over by 10 pm.
I called iD and mobiles .con to try to postpone this but was told there was nothing that could be done.
We were away with friends that weekend and I had no use of my phone as it the network was switched and I had no sim.
My wife was taken to an and e by ambulance so it all couldn’t have happened at a better time.
Luckily she wasn’t blue lighted and I was able to follow the ambulance. It would have been a nightmare of if I couldn’t as my car connects to my phone for satnav.”
