“By far the worst customer service experience I have ever received from a mobile provider and I am 65 years old! They made errors from start to finish and after three days the issues remain unresolved. The over seas call centres are so rude and often put the phone down if they do kitchen an answer to a question or do not know how to solve it. Avoid falling for the cheaper plans as you get what you pay for. May a little more as I did for a much better customer experience”
