“I am canceling my contract due to consistently poor network coverage. I was previously a Vodafone customer and had excellent signal, but since switching to iD Mobile (which uses the Three network), I have barely any usable signal. Despite the Vodafone/Three merger news, your service still does not utilize Vodafone's infrastructure, making it completely unusable for me. It is not worth the money, and I cannot keep a service that fails at basic connectivity.”
