“From the outset, switching from Three to ID mobiles has been very disappointing. Failure to establish a connection using the eSIM resulted eventually with having to source a physical SIM card from Currys. The SIM card will give me data, however I am unable to make or receive phone calls. I am also unable to register with the ID mobile app as the system will not text me a one time .Problems have been ongoing for a week now. I cannot recommend ID mobile.”
“Never received my actual sim. Repeatedly told ID mobile that my phone would NOT accept an eSim to no avail. Had to cancel my DD and lost £15 even after asking for a refund. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!!”
“I ordered a SIM only deal it was very easy to purchase and install. Sim arrived in time, easy to transfer my number and received emails to keep me up to date on the transfer process. I have downloaded the ID app which makes it easy to keep an eye on my account and usage. I would recommend ID if your thinking if going sim only, good value fir money and excellent customer service.”
