I contacted ID mobile who said they'd send me a sim card. 2 came, one unprogrammed, one with the wrong number. Contacted them again and another unprogrammed one was sent. I couldn't register my account because a text message had to be senr to my sim card.
Contacted them again and was told that they couldn't send me one correctly programmed becasue of fraudsters and could only help me if I sent a photo of myself holding my ID which I couldn't do as my PC doesn't have a camera.
I therefore cancelled the contract.”
