“I did not receive my sim till now from ID and my previous provider Vodafone already disconnected me. And their live chat disconnected me twice when I was asking for my sim and left on emergency calls only from 2 days”
“Good so far. Something did go wrong with the form on the Mobiles.co.uk side which caused my sim to be activated before the date I'd requested, meaning I'll be billed for my old contract and new one at the same time and also left me without a phone for a few days while I waited for delivery but it is what it is. New sim works well, signal appears good and I have no complaints so far but only had it 5 days so not a lengthy trial”

“Very rude customer service, also the deals are misleading. I took a recent deal which specified no annual price rises but have received an email to say there will be price rises. Ive now spoken to customer services twice with no resolution. Why do you mislead customers and then be rude about it?”

“The service is great. However I was given an eSim and needed a normal SIM. This took extra time to sort out, also a hard check on my credit for a low cost SIM is silly.”
