“I have received my sim card, but not a PIN
I cannot register to see my bills because the system doesn't recognise my mobile phone number, which I have retained, and states I should have a different mobile number, It also doesn't recognise my name or password.
Please can you get this sorted.”
“I bought the SIM via a different website Mobiles.co.uk at £11 per month rolling contract. However when my SIM arrived I.D. Mobile states the contract is £12 per month and have immediately talked about billing me at the end of each month starting this month even though I've not actually used it yet!”
