Card arrived propmptly, easy to set up and all working happily. Now just needs my wife to get up to speed on a new mobile- her old one was Android 7 and practically never used! ( We are both nearly 80 and she uses a leptop happily, but has not got into modern phones 'til now!)”
“These 2 companies, mobiles.co.uk and iD mobile have the worst customer experience EVER!!!!!. I am registered disabled with complex medical needs so need my phone as I have no landline, due to a complete mess up between these 2 my number got cut off which has left me without a phone.

“At home, the network loses its reach. Sometimes no one can call me. (I'm glad I have a dual sim phone). Overall poor coverage, and outside shows 5G. Weird!?
