“I cancelled order immediately because 4g network and I don't know hard search 8 pound SIM only deal hard search not fair.i am really sad when cancelled order later dispatched SIM I called again customer service told system error order not cancelled then later cancelled but I don't know what's happening.i refused return SIM also but direct debit set .really hard to follow.please tell the customer hard search and not cancelled order let us know so we immediately react.when I go online showing my mobile IMEI number I bought SIM only deal I didn't get SIM really I couldn't understand”
“Didn't receive sim cards before changeover date, in fact still waiting for them. Went to local curry's shop and they gave me 2 sim cards. I couldn't get them to work, so went back to Curry's and they AGAIN were extremely helpful they set both mine and husbands sims up. Don't know if I would go back to iD mobiles after my year is up.”
“I would give it zero if it was an option. I'm trying to speak with customer services which is impossible and just cut me off. I cannot get the minutes and texts to work therefore cannot register the phone number and can't set any limits or monitor usage. Paying for a service that I cannot use.”
