“There was an error in cancelling the esim which ended up with me having two SIM accounts with id. Mobiles.co.uk insisted it was an iD issue and vice versa. After many hours on live chat and on the phone neither party was able to resolve the issue. This resulted in me having to pay for two Sims with only one working and at that only partially. It also meant I lost the number which was very disruptive as there are numerous medical requirements for the person holding this number.
In this day and age of everything at the click of a button this should have been easy to resolve. It is impossible to get through to anyone higher up the hierarchy to actually try and get anything moving. I'm the end I reached out to Vodafone and was able to add a SIM to my plan within a few minutes and cheaper than anything offered by Mobiles.co.uk and without needing to apply for cashback”
