“Rang customer service to ask why old number not retained, when details supplied. After call received email to say direct debit had been changed without my permission. Tried to register SIM with number sent but required password not set to access account. What do I do now !! Very poor customer service not helping to solve this problem. Don't have time to waste, as I need to make a living”
“Rubbish. I didn’t want a pay as you go phone I wanted a pay monthly phone, in fact I think I gave you my bank details to be paid. I want a nice smooth running service, without constantly have to contact or be contacted by the service provider. And it’s a sim only deal so why are you asking about the camera & battery life?”
