“ID mobile has been a mixed bag for me. The price was attractive and once I got it working it seems to be pretty good in terms of coverage etc for my region, so as a carrier they've been pretty good. However, ID Mobile seem to completely messed up the actualy joining and switching process for me! My existing number got transferred before I requested and the eSim I was provided with didn't work. Despite multiple attempts and sometimes conflicting assurances via the live chat that everything would be sorted out, I was left for over 72 hours without a working SIM card or phone number, which it impossible to follow the standard reset process. Eventually a persisant staff member in an actual Currys store beleived me and using the internal phone line to ID managed to sort me out - apparently my phone number hadn't been properly associated with any of the eSiMs or physical Sims I was given. Overall maybe 4 or 5 stars for when it actually started working but only 1 star for the switching process and the live chat which has left me with a poor impression!”
