“Phone arrived with scratches on the front screen. I’ve tried to get a replacement but got told the only way was the send it back and wait for 3-5 days for a replacement. I explained that I need the phone to contact an ill family member and I don’t have a spare phone I could use in the mean and asked if there was an alternative and got told multiple times that this was the only way. I’m not happy”

“Second time in a row, wrong phone sent to me. Went into carphone warehouse and Apple store to confirm phone but both stores told me the phone that was sent to me was not the iPhone 11 Pro Max that I ordered, iPhone 11 Pro was sent to me.
Very frustrated and upset as I rang again and sent the phone back as mobiles.co.uk customer service agent kept telling me that the right phone was sent to me. Rang and returned and cancelled everything. God help us all kept going round in circles like a yo yo. Never again”
