“Order placed on Saturday 22nd Feb, package arrived Sunday 23rd containing the wrong handset. Returned on Monday 24th. 1 week later, no contact from mobiles.co.uk and I still have no phone. Considering the amount of money I paid this is utterly unacceptable.”
