“The service from mobiles.co.uk is good but I would have bought more had they not over complicated things ... they had a great deal on a SIM only but it relied on you claiming money back each quarter. They did this on a previous purchase and I knew then that I would never remember and I did not. The cynic in me says that this is intentional as people will not all remember which bills to print and when or be bothered. Otherwise why not make it simple and offer the discount up front. The iPhone 11 is pretty similar to the XR and it’s only when you get to the 11 pro that you see the real difference, the standard 11 appears as chunky as the XR. Just go in with your eyes open... I have kept my XS and given the 11 to my son as a result.”

They have helped themselves to the money from my account but I still don’t have the phone. I will never order from them again and I would definitely not recommend them.”
