“This phone looks like it's never been touched - not a mark on it and battery reports 100% health. Came with new charger and cable and was well packaged. A SIM tool to open the phone to put the SIM card in was not supplied, not a probelm for me as I have several already but be aware of this. Great service and great phone. Very satisfied.”
