“I ordered a refurbished iphone 11 from mobiles.co.uk. It arrived very quickly. However, when I put the sim card in there was no network service. After spending 2 hours on the phone to EE they informed me that the phone had been blacklisted by Vodafone 4 months ago!!! I then tried to contact mobiles.co.uk for some help with this matter and their phone lines all have a message to say they are closed (during working hours) and when I sent an email I got an automated response back to say they would email me back within 7 days!! I now have a blacklisted handset that I cannot use whilst being charged for the monthly line rental and no way to contact anyone to get some help to either cancel the contract within the cooling off period or get it replaced. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend!!”
