“No instructions were sent with the phone. When I rang the customer services they were poorly trained and unable to help. Their manager was unable to take the call and a senior took my call after a long wait. She advised returning the phone as was unable to help too. In the end after multiple phone calls and visits to the mobile phone shop I got it working but bcos of lack of instructions from mobiles.co others struggled to help. Sending out a copy of instruction manual and brief instructions on activating sim etc should not cost much but there is poor customer focus!”
