“I am very happy with my refurbished iPhone 11, it arrived very quickly indeed and would never know that it was refurbished at all, I understood that it wouldn’t come in a packaged box or have earphones this i was ok with the packaging it came in was perfect, my only very small issue I had was that it didn’t come with the prong thingy to get the sim card slot out, I had a nervous hunt to see if I had kept bone from a previous iPhone, which I did, but it would have been better to have sent that with the phone as not everyone may have had one to hand”
