“Was locked to another network so the sim wouldn't work, was a problem with the lens of the camera and the battery was at 90% capacity. It's been sent back after eventually getting someone to help me with returning it and not trying to get rid. While I understand it's a refurb, it's supposed to be 'as new'. Clearly this one wasn't and hopefully they get it right next time.”

“This phone only had 80% battery capacity when it arrived. They state they put in new batteries. I returned it then waited 2 weeks only to be sent the same phone back. Shocking now trying to contact them again.”
