“The phone is brilliant, however customer service with the company is terrible.
I was missold a contract on 27/8/2020 with 30GB of data as i was only given 6GB. I have chased this twice with the company and this has still not been resolved.
Apparently this is unknown as to why this happened. This has been escalated twice, when i asked for updates of the issue to be sent to me i was told that the company is unable to send out emails/letters or make phone calls to customers.
Would recommend the phone but definitely not the company”
“Great phone, takes very good pictures even in low light which is what I needed as my old A3 was not good for that. The steady video is another new thing to me and I think it's great. Mine was the 8gb RAM version, which was a nice surprise so I guess that's the norm from mobiles.co.uk? With the highly respected processor from last years best flagship phones, this is a lot of phone for the money I feel on the deal that I got ( I did get a great deal) very pleased!”
“Spent last two years with a Huawei, so happy to be back with Samsung once again. Easy of use, no more connectivity issues with my favourite apps. It's a lovely phone, lots of features for me to yet discover but very impressed with device.”
“Only problem i have had is with switching my whatsapp over but that may be me ?? And it keeps changing my profile picture on Instagram. ???. Apart from that its a lovely phone great screen easy to use . One thing I don't like is they have changed the notification sounds bit annoying .”
