“Unfortunately the deal was misleading, as the handset is not 5G compatible but the tariff is a 5G 24 month contract. That does not make sense and I only realised this once I received the handset.
I've called Customer Services and they have offered to replace the handset with Samsung Galaxy A42 5G. It's the best they could offer and under the circumstances, having already requested my mobile number port, I was not in a position to cancel the whole agreement. The A42 5G does have good reviews but it is a lower spec. model in the Samsung Galaxy Axx range. Let's hope the 5G lives up to it's hype and I can live with the lower resolution (compared with the A71) of the A42. Please read all details carefully before going ahead with such deals. On the plus side Mobiles.co.uk customer service were good and helpful in finding an alternate solution.”
