“The sim came and where it said redeem voucher code here when you scratched it it there was nothing underneath so I had been charged £10 for the sim upfront and couldn’t even register it. Had to get a sim direct from the network”
“I have paid for 12gb data only to find out once I received the sim card that the allowance was actually only 6gb. I called to query this and was told you mobiles.co.uk has an agreement with Voxi to allow extra 6gb data. I then contacted Voxi and was told that such agreement doesn’t exist. I will now have to wait until the end of this week and call mobiles.co.uk as they are investigating the matter.

“I signed up for a 12 gig data pay monthly sim only deal (voxi) and when it arrived the sim only allows 6 gig. I rang mobiles.co.Uk several days ago and was told that someone will look into this but it may take a few days. Well it’s been a few days and as yet I haven’t heard back.”
“I purchased the sim but am still unable to connect as I need to transfer the same number to VOXI. I am told that I cannot do this till my contract ends in 10 days as Vodafone owns VOXI.I wasn't told this when I purchased the sim.
I will wait and see if I can connect. Vodafone or VOXI have both been unhelpful”
