I understand that Carphone warehouse uses the iD mobile network but they will not help
me as I did not buy the phone from them.What a nightmare! I am commited to a 24 mth

“Moving from Android to this Windows 10 phone, my main complaint is the lack of flexibility in setting it up. For example, why does everything have to have one theme colour? I used to like my nice yellow icon showing a text received, and blue and yellow backgrounds for sent and received messages. But it's very good value for money.”
