“The Windows 10 OS is highly under rated. Lighting fast and can multi task brilliantly. Not for playing Pokémon Go on, but the camera is second to none, emailing is fantastic, office on the go is fantastic, and all the main apps are there. If you are part of the Microsoft eco system, it's a must.”

“It's still very early days for Windows 10 Mobile, they are still perfecting it and they have not rolled the OS out to existing Lumia devices yet. Even still, it's a great device. There is a lot of FUD online about these phones and it needs to be challenged. SOME people had problems with the battery draining very fast and the phone running very warm, also some glitches. Microsoft have now issued a new Firmware which fixes that, the battery could still be a bit better but I think it will improve with time and more optimisation. There is a lot of talk online about the 'App Gap', beware, this is mostly an American problem. In the UK we are well catered for, most banks and media outlets have apps, most TV on demand services like BBC iPlayer, ITV, Channel 5 and 4 are all there You won't be left wanting so don't let US complaints taint your perspective. Also with a dock or Miracast, you can use a display, keyboard and mouse and the universal apps like Edge, Outlook, Word, Excel etc. will run as on a desktop PC. A great feature for professionals, students and home users. The case is a polycarbonate shell, it's a good option as it provides a lot of protection and can be replaced easily if damaged. Battery is removable, you may want a spare and it takes MicroSD and you can install apps to it but I only use mine for photos and music, I find the internal 32GB is enough for my apps.”
“Absolutely avoid this phone at all costs. Random reset's and crashes for no reason, gets hot in your pocket to the point that you have to take it out and turn it off. Completely unreliable!!! Mobiles.co.uk will not change my phone so don't make the same mistake as me! Avoid!!!”
