“Called to upgrade to Samsung s22 and was offered a wireless charger for the phone for £15.99 which a bought. When items were received the charger plug was too big to fit into the UK wall socket. Called customer services and half though I got off. Called again and customer service was appalling. Then was advised that I had received the wrong item and a return was arranged. Then advised that I would have to pay for the return postage because I had apparently ordered the wrong item. Explained the item was faulty and that they had sold me the wrong item at the same time as I ordered the Samsung phone whis is what the charger was for. Customer service agent was adamant it was my fault and that they would not be liable for return postage despite the consumer laws requiring them to be liable for a faulty item and for selling the wrong charger for a Samsung S22. WHen the plug is made too big for the wall socket IT IS FAULTY AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITY CURRYS TO PAY FOR IT TO BE RETURNED! Avoid!”
