“I have been having problem since I purchased phone from the very first day. It switches on and off by it self every week, i spoke to helpline and they said as i have to go to shop to get it sorted following this I did attend, the store advised me to bring the box. after 3 -4 weeks I attended another store, due to my working hours I couldn't attend right away. The store advised me that they can only repair the phone but can not replace it.
I'm not happy with the service and despite having a new phone that has caused me problems I feel some thing you be done efficiently.”
