“As a long Samsung phone user, I am pretty disappointed with the product. It looks cheap with a plastic back. Notification lights are removed so no alert is there when the screen is off, they only come up when a message arrives. The button on the side as the only way to get to see your screen is quite annoying, I much preferred pressing the bottom of the screen on my older model (S8). No charger or earphones are another slap in the face and not only that, you cannot plug in your old earphones like you could with the previous models. I do not buy into the sustainability mantra along with being totally wireless. Effectively, you end up spending even more on accessories. Simple things that one would expect from a very expensive phone have been totally removed. Very disappointing.”
