“As a previous P30 Pro user, I'm used to a premium phone and have always gone for a decent camera with an IP rating.
I shopped and shopped around and nearly bought a different deal until I stumbled upon the refurbished deal which is £5 less pm than the deal I was going for.
I was hesitant about going refurbished as I didn't know what to expect.
I can say that I'll be going refurbished from now on!
The phone is great and have enjoyed its features in the week I've had it.

“Please can I give no stars both for the phone and your customer service - I have been sent a "lemon" of a phone that is clearly faulty and constantly overheats and restarts even with very limited use and apps closed down. Every encounter I have had with customer service s is shocking and unhelpful got told by one person that Car phone warehouse is nothing o do with mobiles .co.uk despite being the parent company! Blatant lies - and my phone is still broken - I have to send it away for 2 weeks and hope for a repair. I will never use your company again. I wouldl welcome a call - 07798521434 - that is if the phone is working of course!”
“I purchased a Samsung s21 in violet, the phone is really nice. I found no fault with it. The size of the phone is great for me, a touch bigger than my s9. The camera works wonders. The storage is huge for me, coming forma 64g to 128g I think. No need to pay Google anymore or samsung.
The phone looks quiet smart. Battery life is good so far. Over all for me I'm impressed., plus I got a good deal so I am a happy customer.”
