“The phone is very fast but I had it a day and the camera glass cracked with only putting it in my pocket. A week later and now it has scratches all over the back! I would recommend if you get this phone to put it in a case as soon as you get it.”
“To start with I ordered a red SE I phone not white, which should have arrived last Monday (17th) but I’m still waiting for it. Apparently it has been ‘stolen’ whilst in the hands of the courier. Meanwhile I have to wait 5 working days whilst they investigate. During that time I have had no update from the courier or mobiles.co.uk. as to where the investigation is up to. Yesterday I rang mobiles.co.uk who advised that I cannot cancel the contract whilst the investigation is taking place. The phone was a birthday present so very annoyed that I cannot cancel and go elsewhere. Absolutely appalling customer service from mobiles.co.uk. Think they need to change their courier and processes.”
