We're certainly sorry to hear what's happened to your recent purchase.
Unfortunately with physical damage matters like this (caused by the end-user), then this would void the warranty of the product.
If you want to provide feedback though, then please contact the manufacturer of the phone itself if you believe the quality of the product to not be built to stand regular use.
