“I am 77 self isolating and my son thought I should have a new phone so that the family could keep in touch. The Apple system is not so easy to learn -being not computer literate as portrayed with my excessive bill for my first few days. Perhaps in due course I will master it and be happy with it but it will take time to warrant a very good rating. Touch seems to be a very important thing on this phone????”
