“I am very disappointed by the battery performance. Especially when you/I forget to close specific apps, the phone gets warm and the battery level drops quickly. Also, I hoped for more similar sharp edges - as the old classic IPHONE 5SE version (my old one, which I still think is one of the most beautiful, characteristic & recognizable Apple phone designs ever made). All phones look very much the same - design.”

“The phone so far seems fine, however 5 days in and my SIM with Vodafone has still not been activated. After contacting the network and Mobiles.co.uk, I am still waiting. It's all very well selling good deals, but once you have bought it they seem to wash their hands of whatever happens next. It shouldn't take this long to get a sim activated, and if they don't have the right procedures in place, then they shouldn't sell these contracts in the first place. I am sure the phone is fine, once it gets working, as for how long that takes, we'll have to see! If I had to do it again I would buy straight from the network and get my connection working. Lesson learnt!”
