“have had phone for 1 month when screen developed a hairline crack contacted mobiles.co.uk who then told me to take phone to carphone warehouse their response was to refuse sending for repair and gave me sonys number who were very helpful and admitted that they were having problems with glass screen now in for repair and no help at all from mobiles.co.uk.”
“The first thing to say about the Z3C is the outstanding battery life, lasting all day everyday without compromise. The position of the power button took a couple of days to get used to but feels natural now. The screen is fantastic despite the 720p tag and the build quality is superb. It's a Sony after all.
One negative to say is that the glass back means it's very slippery on the sofa etc and you need to be wary of that. Too many knocks and that pristine finish won't be long in picking up signs of wear.
I would highly recommend this phone. My previous device was a Nexus 5 which lacked the high end finish and was just too big.”
“This was my upgrade from a Galaxy S3, and what an upgrade! With moderate usage i get 3 days battery life - without their super duper battery saving mode which promises up to a week! Not only that the phone is quick & responsive, and in my opinion, the perfect size - not too big you cant fit on your pocket & not too small you cant type.
I also love the possibilty of using the connection to the playstation 4. Its probably more of a gimmick - but i did test with Destiny and it works well (it doesnt work with apps though - presumably down to licencing).
Overall its a fantastic phone, with brilliant battery life, fitted into a perfectly sized, waterproof design.. And a bargain for the price!
Will be recommending to everyone who asks.”
“Really like this phone, I had an iPhone and was a bit dubious about changing but I like it!
The volume isn't as loud as the iPhone and it takes a lot of getting used to, I still don't know what everything does/where everything is!
The camera is fantastic although not quite as good in the dark on bonfire night!
I'm not overly keen on where you plug the charger in, if you don't have nails you'll need something to open the little flap on the side.
I love that I can put a memory card in unlike the iPhone, don't have to keep deleting photos or music!
The battery lasts so much longer too, I only need to charge it over night and it lasts all day, even when I'm on my phone a lot!
Overall I don't really have anything bad to say, it's a good phone and I'm pleased I got it!

“Great contract deal for this high powered compact phone. Screen really bright. Build seems good perhaps bar the plastic covers for the various ports (these won't need opening much if you buy a dedicated charging cradle). Came with Android 4.4.4 which replicates most of my Nexus 4 look and feel although Sony has overlaid a lot of its own stuff on first use. A lot of this can't be removed it seems so hogs some resources. Nice in White and adequately light. Glass surfaces make phone a bit slippery in the hand. Sony cases seem expensive but very thin and, like the charger, are probably a worthwhile additional purchase. Holds onto charge very well. Certainly powerful too but I was mainly won over by price on contract compared to performance rivals from Apple, Google, Samsung, LG and Motorola. Also have no desire for a 5inch plus screen.”
