“I've been a Pixel user since the first one came out and they've historically got better and better with each release - this phone is no different. As usual, really easy to set up and, despite some reviews and reports of bugs, I've had zero issues.
The camera is impressive, as are the modes within it - the magic eraser is great when taking photos and unwanted "guests" appear in the background.
I was worried about the ever increasing size of phones but this fits snugly in one hand with all the screen within reach (just).
And the phone is fast, even compared to its predecessor.
All in all, very happy. Well done on another brilliant phone Google!”
“The Pixel 6 is the perfect phone for anyone looking for the ultimate android experience, all Google apps are default with no additional bloatware.
The Pixel 6 has been lightning quick and I've not experienced any of the reported battery issues. There have been one or two buggy moments (nothing in anyway of deterrent) but I expect these will be sorted with further updates.
Overall, a fantastic phone that I'd recommend to any non iPhone user.”
“Only had the pixel 6 for a few days but so far it feels like a major upgrade on the Samsung I had before (S20) which I felt aged very quickly.
The gestures, camera, battery life and overall experience are great and I will not be going back to Samsung anytime soon!”
“When I leave the house (connected on wifi) my phone automatically connects to the Vododfone data network and I am able to browse, stream music, etc. However, a short while later I lose connection. It says 4G but the signal meter has an exclamation mark on it, and I am not able to browse, stream, etc. I can make calls, so the phone is connected to the Vodafone network, but the data is not. Vodafone have replaced the SIM, but this has not solved the problem.
Also, there does not appear to be a resident music player. YouTube music app seems, to be the only option, and while this is ok when streaming, if I try to play the music stored on the phone, there is a 15-20 second delay between one song finishing and the next one starting.
When typing, if I enter a comma, whatever app I'm using does not follow it with a space. It should do.”
