“I ordered this phone and they lost it in the post, they won't give me a refund or send a new phone for at least 6 days as they investigate. They already told me what happened so why is there an investigation? It was delivered to dpd with no phone in the box. Then when I called customer service to see what happened, they lied at first and said that sometimes dpd just don't deliver on the weekend, a blatant lie, they I got hung up on by another customer service, who at least told me the truth, but refused to let me tell them what happened. I then had to beg to get put through to a manager, this is the third call. Apparently being hung up was not enough of a reason. So I wish I knew how this phone was, but unfortunately I have paid for it and I don't have it. I bought this phone through mobiles.co.uk never use them, they can't be trusted!”
