“Great phone, However no one warned me about getting a contract through mobiles.co.uk on the same mobile provider (vodaphone) so instead of getting a pac code and closing my old contract I’ve had to wait 30 days to change my number over...and pay two contract”

However the actual handset had some issues.
Touch screen does not work very well on left hand side, hardly at all on top right hand corner”

“The phone has not worked since it was delivered. I have tried several times to contact mobiles.co.uk, with no success, whenever I choose the customer service option I get cut off! So I chose the sales option didn't take them long to answer, there's a surprise and I have been promised twice that someone would call me back BUT still nothing SIX WEEKS INTO THE NEW CONTRACT STILL USING MY OLD PHONE!! Probably not fair to give the actual phone a low rating, but mobiles.co .uk I don't rate you at all !!!!!”
