“The phone is great, but WHY does it have to be such a tortuous process to transfer a number from an existing EE account to a new one? Buy a PAYG SIM card from O2, activate it, cancel the old number, transfer the number... and so on. I know the answer is that it's EE's fault, but can mobiles.co.uk not put some pressure on them to make life a little bit easier. It really is a joke. And I know why it is this way - EE would rather you take a new phone directly with them on a much more expensive monthly plan so they do this to put barriers up and hope people will want to avoid the hassle. Talk about free and open markets? What a laugh!”
