“Sadly this phone had to be returned since it kept dropping calls - NOT something I encountered with my iPhone 6 - and a problem that has been verified as occurring on occasions. I'm waiting for a replacement phone to arrive soon.
I understand the business sense of awaiting the return before sending out a replacement phone. Additionally the provider was very helpful on the phone. However, it does seem unfair that the purchaser (me) should be left with the challenges of managing without a phone as a result of a product problem.”
