“I have returned the phone as found better deal on the same website. Return was accepted weeks ago but not refunded yet and even charged for one month by EE which is not refunded either yet. Communication from Mobiles etc is poor. I have sent them email but bounced back. Not sure if I will see my money back.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. The first handset I received was faulty, and then it was a nightmare for the second one to get sorted. It resulted in me getting a bill of £65 from the phone I kept calling from to this company because of their lack of trust and false lies. I am extremely unhappy with this and will not be using this company after this at all.”
