I ordered a google pixel first, didn't like it so sent it back, the next day. E2 were so slow cancelling the contract with EE it meant I was charged a full month, even though I never used the handset.
When phoning customer services the premium rate phone number costs a fortune. Nearly 50p a minute from a mobile.
These hidden charges add up., making the deals not so good.”
