“Excellent feature of this iphone is its longer battery life compared to previous iphones. Camera is good, however, a slight bump at the back is quite annoying. The feel of the iphone is cheaper than that of the iphone 5, which I think was the best iphone in terms of its design. Disappointing that Apple makes cheaper designs now, it looks like all other smart phones on the market-no unique design. I selected value for the money good as I bought this from mobiles.co.uk with bargain. Otherwise I would not have bought it with its full price.”

“New iPhone 7 delivered in November with a couple of issues:
1. Straight out of the box and the back camera is not functional. Disappointing - I'd expect better quality from apple. I need to make an appointment with apple genius to replace.
2. Apple seem to align the SIM card to that particular phone. This means that despite changing over my old number, when I text people, it still comes from the original number/sim sent with the phone. Stupid and disappointing.
3. No head phone jack? Seriously?”

But no complaints, just like going into carphone warehouse but cheaper and much cheaper than ee offered even though got 3 contracts and been with them 15 years! No customer loyalty! Unlike mobile.co.uk both times ive spoke to I assume sales, has been pleasent and easy to go through order!5*for customer service! And upto now a year in 5* for mobile.co.uk”
